Walk-in Policy

• Walk-ins will be subject to space availability.
• Refer to the online registration for status of classes.

Class cancellation Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollment (0-1 students).
• Enrolled students will be notified in advance.

No Show Policy & Fees

• Although there is no charge for CaseLearns classes, pre-registration is highly recommended.
• The No-Show fee will apply only to those persons who register, do not show up for class, and do not notify CaseLearns in advance.
• Cancellation 24 hours before a class waives charges.
• Departments will be assessed a $25.00 fee for faculty and staff.
• Students will have a $10.00 fine applied to their library record.
• This policy will not affect any other programs or seminars held at KSL.
