Western Reserve Historical Society, founded in 1867, is the oldest cultural institution in Northeast Ohio and one of the largest private regional historical societies in the nation. As an educational institution, WRHS encourages the public to explore the history of Northeast Ohio and its impact on regional, state, national, and international history. This collection includes portions of their collection which have been digitized for research and preservation purposes. Collections include: Great Lakes Exposition of 1936 and 1937, Western Reserve Historical Society Manuscript Collections and Gay Waves radio program.
