Retrospective Research Collections Center (RRCC) Retrieval Request (Book, Thesis, or Government Document)

Materials are retrieved from Library Storage weekday afternoons Monday through Friday.
Requests received by 3:00 p.m are usually retrieved by 5:00 p.m.

Library users may also make an appointment to visit Library Storage (call 368-4319). This may be quicker and more useful when there is a need to use large amounts of Storage materials.

Books that indicate the location RRCC in the Case Catalog, are located approximately 1/2 mile away, in the Retrospective Research Collections Center facility.

Boxes with labels in bold type are required and must be completed in order for the transaction to be successful. If you need assistance, you may review Access Services policies or call 368-4319 or 368-3517.

When material arrives, it will be held at Kelvin Smith Library for pickup.
Books are not delivered through Campus Mail.

*University Library reserves the right to limit the number of items retrieved per day for a requestor, based on time and staffing constraints. In the case of numerous multiple requests on a given day, library staff will assist users in prioritizing multiple requests for efficient retrieval.
