Printing Appointments
The large format printer in the CSGD may be used by Case, CIA & CIM STUDENTS and POST DOCS only for map and poster printing. Appointments are generally welcome between 9:00am-5:00pm.

For your printing appointment, you will go to the 2nd floor of the Kelvin Smith Library, and meet Ann in room 201-P.
Effective immediately, there will be a $5 CHARGE for missed appointments. If you cannot make your appointment, or need to reschedule you must call (368-8689) or email ann.vanderschrier@case.edu to cancel at least 12 hours in advance. Appointment cancellations cannot be made using the online calendar.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ONLINE CALENDAR
*IMPORTANT - READ FIRST*
Appointments will be approved or denied within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Your appointment WILL NOT display on the calendar until it has been approved. Please check back to the calendar to ensure that your appointment gets posted.
There will be no same-day appointments taken using the online calendar. If you have a special need, please contact Ann Vander Schrier directly to see if you can be accommodated in the day's print schedule.
- Choose your preferred calendar view (day, week, or month).
- Navigate to the day you would like to schedule your appointment.
- See what times are available and decide what works with your schedule.
- You should book an hour-long appointment if you need a draft (regular paper) and final print (glossy-paper). You should book a half hour appointment if you just want to print a draft version of your poster or if you do not need to review a draft version before printing the final.
- Click on the + mark in the upper right hand corner of the time at which you would like your appointment OR scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Add New Entry".
- For BRIEF DESCRIPTION, type in your FULL NAME. If you do not enter your name, your appointment WILL NOT be approved.
- For FULL DESCRIPTION, type in your CASE IDor EMAIL ADDRESS. You may also type in any questions or concerns you have here.
- Choose the date using the dropdown arrows.
- Select the time, first by choosing "Timed Event" using the dropdown arrow, then select the start time and duration.
- Click "Save".
Check back to the calendar in 24 hours to ensure that your appointment gets posted. Occasionally the time you choose may become unavailable before the appointment approval goes through. If that happens, you will receive an email notification to the address you provided that your appointment has been denied. At that time you may resubmit your appointment by choosing a different time shown on the calendar as being currently available.
