Quantity: 3.26 linear feet

Restrictions: The Department of Special Collections is open to any interested researcher upon presentation of a valid CASE ID or other valid official identification card. Department is open to other researchers by appointment only. No usage restrictions.

Acquisition: The records of the Society were likely donated by Ernest Loebell in 1965. John Tascher, who wrote an essay on the society for which he received the Goddard Award for 1964, likely donated his notes to the collection later.

Scope and Content

This collection consists of records of the Cleveland Rocket Society 1929-1962; and research material collected by John Tascher in writing his history of the society 1936-1965. The collection is arranged in the following two series:
