Engineering Reading Room (Nord Hall 509)
The Engineering Reading Room, located in Nord Hall 509, provides a convenient location for Engineering faculty and students to utilize some of Kelvin Smith Library's resources in the few precious moments between classes or other responsibilities. The Engineering Reading Room will include access to a computer, a collection of various engineering-related journal titles, Kelvin Smith Library announcements, and regular office hours by the Engineering, Mathematics, & Statistics Librarian.
Engineering Reading Collection
A collection of engineering journal titles will be available for browsing. The journal titles were selected to provide a cross-section of all studies of engineering, and provide readers a chance to keep current on research and industry news. Only the most current issue of the journals will be located in the Engineering Reading Room, and the Kelvin Smith Library should be consulted for older issues. All of these titles have electronic access available, and can be accessed through the A-Z Electronic Journal List.

Engineering Librarian Office Hours (Nord Hall 510)
- 10-20 hours per week. Watch this page or my blog for updates on the weekly schedule.
- Provide research assistance & answer reference questions.
- Provide instruction in conducting research and using library resources.
- Reference books are available during office hours, and are listed in the Library Catalog as the location of "Nord Hall Eng Reference". Most books are duplicates of copies located at the Kelvin Smith Library. (See full list of holdings.)
Faculty KSL Book Delivery
Faculty members of Case Engineering, Math, and Statistics may use this form to request convenient KSL book delivery to Nord Hall 510. The Nord Engineering Librarian Office receives KSL-requested books on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for current Case faculty members from the departments of Engineering, Mathematics, and Statistics. The office is only manned 10-20 hours per week, so pickup at one of the Case Libraries may still be the best option.
