Kelvin Smith Library Lockers

When you're studying at KSL and need a place to store some of your books & things, KSL has lockers & keys that you can borrow. Depending on the type of locker, they are checked out to individuals with library accounts on the Case system when you have the appropriate current ID card.

  • Lockers (40) for Short Term use are located on the Lower Level.
  • Lockers (20) for Semester use are located on the Lower Level.
  • Lockers (10) for 2nd floor Faculty & Graduate Reading Commons are located outside the room.

Short Term Loans (40 lockers)

When you just need a locker for a few hours or the day, a locker & key can be borrowed at the KSL Main Service Desk on the main floor. 

  • Available to students at Case, CIM, and CIA  with current ID cards.
  • Lockers are emptied daily & all keys are due back prior the last 30' of the business day.
  • Late fees of $5 apply; lost key fees are $35.
  • Short Term Lockers include the 2nd floor Faculty and Graduate Reading Commons, when they are available on a given day. Available to Case faculty & graduate students.

Semester Loan (20 lockers)

Current Case students (only) may borrow a locker for long-term use, up to the remainder of the current semester. These lockers are available on a first-come basis, and become available the 2nd week of the semester.

  • Available to Case students only.
  • Lockers & keys are due back on the last day of finals.
  • Late fees of $5 apply; lost key fees are $35.
