If you learn better watching a video than asking questions these videos are for you. They cover the basics, the most common tasks and procedures for scanning, audio, video, microfilm scanning and planetary scanning.
For Our Staff
For your benefit, the Freedman Center staff are required to know everything covered in the videos. These videos serve as a sort of reference for them should they ever need a refresher course.
- Scanning (50 minutes) - includes flatbed scanning, PowerPoint, 35 mm slides, 35 mm film, and transparencies.
- Audio (20 minutes) - includes capturing, editing, MP3 creation, CD burning, and external sources.
- Video (38 minutes) - includes basic editing, DVD video, PowerPoint video, Internet video, and DVD authoring.
- Microfilm (5 minutes) - includes microfiche, scan to PDF, and microfilm.
- Planetary (38 minutes) - includes hardware and software setup, ISO settings, focusing, and resolution.
