The Kelvin Smith Library is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality in the normal course of transactions that provide library services. The library staff ethics, principles, and practices strive to safeguard your personal information at all times, including information identifying your intellectual pursuits. The library restricts access to your information only to library staff who need it to conduct library business on your behalf.
The library may be required to release information requested by subpoena or court order, such as the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, 50 USC 1861, as amended by the USA PATRIOT ACT (PL 107-56).
